Incentive travel is a great idea. Some people work very hard to sell more product or perform to higher standards so they are able to earn a trip. However, with the current state of the economy, many companies are scaling back on trips.
Thats is a wonderful idea. Companies do all kinds of things to get employees motivated. Like insurance, 401k, lunches, but why not let the employee decide. They should let the employee decide what kind of reward they want. I would certainly choose travel.
