Waking Up Early
I have been having to wake up early every morning to get my neice ready for school. I have to make her breakfast, and get her dressed. I don’t mind too much, but I think I’m getting a little taste of what it’s like to be a parent. Waking up early when you otherwise wouldn’t have to isn’t much fun. But, I always end up in a good mood whenever she leaves, because she is just too cute!
I have had a similar experience. I never had children but have been a Media Specialist at a grade school for a number of years. Getting up early can be a pain. I am a late night person and getting up early is a chore. But then I get to school and those sweet faces greet me with a hi and a smile and I am set for the day. No matter what mood I was in or what news was on the TV these children fill me with joy and hope for the future.
Hi friends,
I like sleeping. Getting up early is painful for me if there is no colage on tha day. I am sleepig too late in night and getting up early is a great task for me. But when I get to colage and those sweet faces in the bus having a smile and am set for the whole day. No matter what mood of faculty teachers. I just enjoy with friends who are also dont like get up early.
You are so good parent, most of parents wouldn’t do the same.Of course it’s hard to get up early, but also when you see a smile on her face you forget about sleep.
Hey Ashley, trust me I am a mom of 2 and I still am not used to getting up everyday by 8am! My 2 year old little girl will start calling for me if I dont come get her from her room by 9am. I could be extremely tired and cranky but just seeing my daughters excitement about a new day reminds me i should be too! Hang in there!
Hi. I feel that everybody finds it difficult to get up early in the morning. But if we practice regularly it will become a routine. Most people do not know the advantages of getting up early in the morning. Actually our body functions with respect to a biological clock which regulates the secretion of certain hormones and chemicals. One of the important neurochemical is serotonin which is secreted more during the morning hours. So when we get up early we get all the positive effects of this neurochemical and maintain our mental stability. This practice even works on elderly people who suffer from neuralogical disorders.
